I am so partial to those gray muzzles. When I have senior dogs in to board, I look into those sweet old eyes and I can see the many miles they have travelled with their people. To me they are all still the puppies they once were, and they show me that side all the time. Maybe they need a little more attention, because they don’t see, or hear, or walk as well as they once did, or they are a little insecure, or even a lot bossy because they know their elder status allows it. Look into these faces and feel lucky if one of them is your very own Old Dog!
